    Creating Loyalty Passes

    If you want to create a customer assigned Loyalty Pass, you have two ways to do it.

    1. Open the page Customers. Use the action Loyalty Passes. On this page every Loyalty Pass is inserted with the previous selected customer. The same way applies to the page Loyalty Pass.
    2. Open the page Loyalty Passes and insert a new record with a Customer No.
    Tip

    You can create Loyalty Passes without a customer. Non-assigned Loyalty Passes can create an added value, when you e.g. already own physical passes that you want to distribute at a later time. They can be assigned in the sales process afterwards.

    Block/Unblock a specific Pass

    Loyalty passes can be locked and unlocked.

    To lock a Loyalty Pass, open the Loyalty Pass page and check the blocked field. You have the possibility to lock multiple Loyalty Passes by selecting them and use the action block.

    Uncheck the field blocked and the Loyalty Pass is unlocked again. Similar to locking multiple cards, you can unlock them by using the action unblock.

    Delete a Loyalty Pass

    Deleting a Loyalty Pass is done by the action Delete.

    Modify a Loyalty Pass

    Modifying a Loyalty Pass is done by using the action Edit List.

    Warning

    Note that the dimensions of items that have already been posted are not changed subsequently. An analysis by dimensions can later lead to incorrect results in such a case if you change the Loyalty Pass Number or a Loyalty Pass' contact number.

    Grouping using Loyalty Pass Types

    Use the Loyalty Pass Types to group your Loyalty Passes. You can use the Loyalty Pass Types' dimensions to create Analysis and Reports for Loyalty Passes.

    1. Open the page Loyalty Pass types and create new Loyalty Pass Types.
    2. You can now add dimensions to the Loyalty Pass type using the action Simple dimension assignment.
    Note

    If you have defined a default dimension for the Loyalty Pass Types in the Customer Loyalty Pass Setup, the dimension is assigned automatically to the Loyalty Pass Type.

    Tip

    A meaningful grouping can be e.g. physical and digital Loyalty Passes. Alternatively, you could also use Loyalty Passes for individual wallet providers.

    Dimensions for Loyalty Passes

    You can add dimensions to the Loyalty Pass using the action Dimensions-Single and the action Dimensions-Multiple. If a default dimension is set, it will also be assigned directly for new Loyalty Passes.
