Identify using a Loyalty Pass
You can identify your customer with a Loyalty Pass. In the sales documents you can see the field Loyalty Pass No. to explicitly search for one Loyalty Pass. You can either scan a Loyalty Pass No. or enter it manually.
Use a Loyalty Pass No. in Customer Name
Alternatively, you can input the Loyalty Pass No. directly in the field Customer Name.
Assign a Loyalty Pass to a customer on demand
When using an unassigned Loyalty Pass (not related to any customer) in a sales document, you will get a notification. You can use this notification to assign the Loyalty Pass to the customer of this sales document - preconditioned there is already one selected.
You can also assign a Loyalty Pass on demand by using the field Sell-to Customer Name.
