Setup

You can perform the setup either manually or with the help of the supported setup.

The Assited Setup is located in the Role Center at\ Setup & Extensions -> Assited Setup -> Set up and enable the Customer Loyalty Program

Tip

In general, you can use the Loyalty Passes without further setup. However, in order for you to be able to exploit the full potential, we recommend that you set up the facilities.

Automatic customer card number assignment

Loyalty passes need a unique identification number. This can be assigned manually or automatically. In order for a Loyalty Pass no. to be assigned automatically, you must assign a number series on the Customer Loyalty Program Setup page in the Loyalty Pass Nos. field.

Automatic preassignment of dimensions for Loyalty Pass Types and Loyalty Passes

Default Dimensions for new Loyalty Pass types can be created and assigned automatically. To enable this functionality, you need to assign Dimension Codes to the fields Pass No. Dimension Code and/or Pass Type Dimension Code in the setup.
