Introduction
The Customer Loyalty Program gives you the opportunity to manage your loyalty cards in Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can setup loyalty cards and connect them with your customers. Your sales employees can scan the loyalty cards and authenticate your customer directly in the sales order.
The Customer Loyalty Pass enables you to analyze sales movements grouped by loyalty cards and loyalty card types and gives you the possibility to focus sales activities based on this information.
It is possible to block and to unblock loyalty cards to remove or enable the customer authentication.
If you set up a new loyalty card, the system will check if your ID is already in use to prevent double inputs.
