Mapping Shopware IDs to BC Codes

Shopware 6 uses IDs to reference various entities. Business Central often uses code fields to reference entities. When exchanging data between the two systems, BC codes must be mapped to Shopware IDs (for example, BC currency code to a Shopware currency ID).

On the Mapping page, select the Actions -> Get IDs from Shopware action.

This action will fetch the IDs of the entities stored in Shopware into this list. The Table Caption column shows for which BC table an assignment is required.

Note

Note that no code is specified in BC for the client currency. When mapping for the Currency table, the Code must be left blank to indicate the client currency.
