Print balance sheet and income statement reports
You can print balance sheet reports and income statement reports to submit to banks and other authorities. The Balance Sheet - SE report displays assets, liabilities, and equity. The Income Statement - SE report displays income and expenses, together with budget amounts.
Print a balance sheet report
- [!INCLUDE [open-search](../../includes/open-search.md)], enter Balance Sheet - SE, and then choose the related link.
- On the G/L Account FastTab, set Date Filter to the reporting period. Set account or global dimension filters as needed.
- On the Options FastTab, select Show all accounts to include accounts without balances.
- Choose the Print action to print the report or choose the Preview action to view it on the screen.
Print an income statement report
- [!INCLUDE [open-search](../../includes/open-search.md)], enter Income Statement - SE, and then choose the related link.
- On the G/L Account FastTab, set Date Filter to the reporting period. Set account or global dimension filters as needed.
- On the Options FastTab, select Show all accounts to include accounts without balances.
- Choose the Print action to print the report or choose the Preview action to view it on the screen.
