Import post codes in the Dutch version

You can import a file that specifies post codes for marketing and relationship management activities. The post code data that you import is saved in the Post Code Range table.

Import a post code file

  1. [!INCLUDE [open-search](../../includes/open-search.md)], enter Post Code Updates, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Post Code Updates page, choose Import Post Codes.
  3. If post code ranges already exist, confirm whether to replace them. Continue only if you intend to delete the existing ranges.
  4. Select the full post code data file in the supported Dutch PTT text format.

Information about the import, including its period, date, time, and user, is saved in the Post Code Update Log Entry table.
