Electronic invoicing for single-copy invoices

Use the IRS notification report to prepare a statement to the Icelandic tax authority that your company intends to issue single-copy invoices. The statement includes your company details and text about compliance with Regulation No. 598/1999.

Select the Electronic Invoicing checkbox on Sales & Receivables Setup to display a reminder to review the legal restrictions and print or send the statement.

Before you print, check your company's name, address, and Registration No. on Company Information. The report uses these details.

  1. [!INCLUDE [open-search](../../includes/open-search.md)], enter Sales & Receivables Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose the Print Statement action to open IRS notification.
  3. Print the statement.

Submit the statement using the process required by the tax authority. Printing it doesn't send it automatically.
