Print balance sheet reports in the Australian version
Use the Balance Sheet report to view the company's balance sheet. This is a legal report that is required for auditing accounts. You can use this report to view assets and liabilities.
Print a balance sheet report
- [!INCLUDE [open-search](../../../includes/open-search.md)], enter Balance Sheet, and then choose the relevant link.
On the request page, fill in the fields as described in the following table.
Field Description Amounts in whole Specifies the unit used to round the amounts, such as tens, hundreds, or thousands. Hinweis
On the G/L Account FastTab, set a Date Filter that ends on the balance sheet date. The report uses that date to calculate the current and previous fiscal year balances.
Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
